What sits inside an Avente Home.

Four promises

What each letter means.

G

Green

Sealed shell, triple glass, VRF, no gas.

R

Resilient

Concrete, steel, no wood. Built for a century.

F

Fast

Permit-ready plans, fewer trades.

S

Smart

One system, handed over working.

Wall section

Inside an ICF wall, layer by layer.

Tap a layer. Inside is on the left, outside on the right.

03

Reinforced concrete core

Poured on site inside the foam forms, reinforced both ways with fiberglass (GFRP) rebar that never rusts. It carries the house, blocks sound and does not burn.

Typical 6 in core, GFRP rebar per engineer
Inside the core

Fiberglass rebar, not steel.

Same job as steel. No rust, no weight, no metal.

Steel rebar compared with fiberglass GFRP rebar inside concrete Left: a steel bar inside concrete with rust spreading and cracks forming. Right: a gold fiberglass bar inside sound concrete, with no rust. Steel rebarrusts, swells, cracks the concrete GFRP fiberglass rebarno rust, concrete stays sound
Watch

One worker, one bundle, no sparks.

Carried by hand. Cut with a diamond blade.

G

Green

Lasts generations. Lower carbon.

R

Resilient

Stronger in tension. Salt-proof.

F

Fast

About ¼ the weight of steel.

S

Smart

No metal, no cold bridges.

PropertySteel rebarGFRP rebar (Avente GRFS)
Rust✕Corrodes when water reaches it✓Cannot rust
Weight✕Heavy bundles, often lifted by machine✓About ¼ the weight, carried by hand
Strength✕Standard tensile strength✓Higher tensile strength, strong bond to concrete
Electricity and magnetism✕Conductive and magnetic✓Non-conductive, non-magnetic
Heat and cold✕Conducts heat and cold✓Does not carry cold through the wall
On site✕Heavy cutting and bending✓Straight lengths, cut with a diamond blade
